'Happy X-Day syndrome'!

Its been ages since my last blog. Future worries and changing life might make it a little hard to make time for your hobbies. But as someone has said you cannot remain far away of something which you love and writing is certainly one for me.

With the rise of the social networking sites, we have seen some strange trends coming up. One of them is the 'Happy X-Day syndrome'. Here the X is a metaphor for father, mother etc. It is so obvious that we see pictures and long captions about father, mother, parents etc. on father's day or a mother's day and so on. On one side we have people who upload pictures and on other side we have a section of society who mock this trend.

There is nothing wrong in uploading a picture about your loved ones and saying I love you. Because what we often forget is these are the days where we express the obvious and celebrate. Life is such a game where we often let the obvious be obvious and do not let it out. It so obvious that we all have loved ones in our life whom we love but do we express it daily ? No, is the answer and rightly so! Days like father's day and mother's day, birthdays, valenties day and so on are the days where we let out the mundane. With the kind of the life style the present generation i.e. we have it is must to let out the unsaid things.

Just as you have loved ones, you are certainly are a part of someone else's loved ones list. Isn't wonderful feeling when someone uploads a photo of yours and decorates with a caption? Isn't it an extravagant feeling when someone gifts you something on your day?

So, don't mock about this syndrome rather celebrate as a festival. We have many instances to mock about someone or something but very few instances when you express your love for someone. Do it, make it special and cherish it for your lifetime because just when you are planning to express, at that same times there is someone in some corner of the world who is planning the same for you.

Love & Regards,
